A high paced, short-duration environment, turnarounds demand experienced professionals and trades to complete an optimized scope safely and quickly.

Typically, Melloy completes turnarounds in 30-45 days, with some extending past 50 days with a peak manpower of 800 multi-discipline trades. Starting with our embedded planners at the onset of the project, we have the management and staffing expertise to safely and successfully execute these time-critical events.


Melloy’s integrated general maintenance teams ensure your plant keeps running effectively and efficiently. They have provided mechanical maintenance to major clients across numerous sectors. The benefits of preventive maintenance include ensuring the integrity of components, extending the life of the equipment and eliminating unplanned shutdowns. Maintenance includes:

Pressure Vessel Fabrication

Their field services are supported by the fabrication facilities located in Nisku, Alberta.

These facilities are ideally situated for transport across North America; the fabrication facilities support pressure vessel and pipe fabrication.

Heat Exchangers

Melloy offers specialized hydraulic equipment to remove, repair and install heat exchangers safely. Their custom designed equipment can handle the largest integrated heat exchangers to the smallest hairpin tube bundles up to 85 metric tons and 11’ diameter.


Melloy has a fully-integrated team of machinists to provide innovative, cost-effective solutions to reduce overheads and increase versatility in the following areas:
